Construction
For this project, we have to select a medium rise or low rise buildings sites should be bungalow, terrace houses or maximum 4-storey building.
Then identify different types of building elements and its construction process, details and materials. We will study and record construction of different building elements and apply your knowledge in the details of the building construction drawing.
We need to produce a complete documentation (pictures, sketches and drawing) and an analysis of construction elements. We are have to understand and explain construction elements and its components. Besides that, by understand current construction technology on local construction sites to explain current material and technology in relevance to the present construction industry.
The site that we are choosing is Lake Point Residence at Cyberjaya. The project consists of two high-rise building and 77 units of 3-storey garden terrace house. Lake Point Residence is also not too far from the recreation site like Cyberjaya Lake Garden which provide outdoor leisure like park, lake, go-kart, driving range, playground, and community clubhouse.
